This property was amazing. It is walking distance to Disney Springs and operates shuttles to the four main Disney parks. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, and having a mini fridge is great when having to ensure we have milk and snacks for the kids. We were really impressed with the offerings in the cafe area, it had just what we needed. The pool and splash area is really well done. The staff were amazing and so friendly!

Despite returning to our room multiple times during the day for some rest, we found it unserviced well past 3 PM, which meant waiting outside until housekeeping wrapped up. The statement about changing towels every three days for environmental reasons felt misleading since they switched them daily anyway, even when hung up. the beds might be too soft for those preferring firmer options.
